The directors are both experienced company directors and members of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. They individually have over 25 years specialist knowledge and experience and are recognised leaders in their fields.

Monolithic Corporate specialises in Developing Innovative Strategies for clients aiming to increase their effectiveness and agility against a backdrop of accelerating change, market uncertainty, increasing complexity and rising expectations of customers and stakeholders. Brad is a respected and experienced international executive, company director, corporate advisor and adjunct lecturer.


Brad has over 25 years experience within the State and Federal Government, private and publicly listed companies and not-for-profit organisations in the areas of corporate, legal and energy and resources.

Brad's achievement and passion is to help build companies into multi million dollar organisations. Brad has specialised knowledge and experience with a unique skill set of not only finding resource projects but then advancing them to development with market caps of nearly 200 million.  This active approach allows Brad to create, restructure and guide organisations, through the challenging process of sourcing suitable projects, strategic planning, management, development, expansion, creating open communication channels and accountability with key stakeholders and including a genuine focus on value creation and continuing organisational sustainability. 

Brad has experience across a diverse range of industries such as retail, education, hospitality, music, transport, mining, agribusiness, marine, health services, heavy industry, mining equipment, renewable energies, oil & gas, not for profit in Australia and various jurisdictions around the world. 

Since 2009, Brad has been a Specialist Adjunct Lecturer in Officer and Directors Duties, Governance and Compliance and Risk Management. Brad's approach is open, supportive and hands-on. He has inspired people and helped organisations to look at unique ways to create real opportunities for growth and to value add. He enjoys presenting lectures on how to implement strategies and processes to identify and mitigate the potential of financial, governance, compliance and legal risks.

Annette is an experienced company director, advisor and change facilitator who believes in the importance of making a positive impact on business.

She strives to share her knowledge, wisdom and professional experience and lead organisations towards achieving their personal, corporate and business objectives and creating sustainable growth. Annette has successfully led several significant organisational change management initiatives and is an effective team leader, motivator and communicator with skills in project management, business planning and process improvement.

 

Annette has over 25 years experience of Business Development, Community Engagement & Development, Strategic Planning, Risk Analysis, Compliance, Social Work, Education, Group Work Facilitation, HR/Recruitment, Marketing/PR, Grants & Fundraising and Guest Speaking extending across government, private, education and community sectors. Annette’s diverse history portrays she has a range of practical capabilities that can enhance operations, governance and risk management, strategy and overall outcomes of various organisations and groups.

 

Annette’s approach is professional, grounded, compassionate and engaging. She advocates that when people feel connected and encouraged, they are able to achieve their personal and professional short-term and long-term goals. She draws not only from her diverse professional qualifications, but also the experience of being a mother and active community member.

 

Annette is passionate about developing and facilitating workshops in the community. One of the darkest days of her teaching career was when a Year 12 student in one of her classes, committed suicide. She was left questioning what made the beautiful young soul- not feel seen and heard. Annette strongly believes people want to be seen and heard and “just be” who they truly are. This applies to individuals not only in their private life but also in their work life.
